AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer/Coordinator, plan, organize and implement a high quality program that is stimulating and enjoyable for all participants. Provide supervision, guidance and coaching to staff and volunteers. Responsible for the safety and well-being of registered participants at all times.

Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructors, Lifesaving Society Lifesaving Instructors, and Lifesaving Society Emergency First Aid Instructor
Current Lifesaving Society Airway Management
Current Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard – Pool
Lifesaving Society Aquatic Supervisor
Current Standard First Aid / CPR C from an accredited organization
HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification, or ability to obtain within 2 months of the date of hire
HIGH FIVE® Quest 2, considered an asset
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
**Preference will be given to students that have a permanent residency in Brampton.
