AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, this position will leverage strong HR knowledge coupled with system expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, project management skills, and assist in the implementation, rollout and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applicant tracking system. The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Talent Acquisition Solution Business Analyst will be involved in the development/revision of business requirements to ensure that the ATS aligns with HR strategies and is compliant with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation and regulations with the relevance of enhancing operational performance. This position would work with the vendor to ensure a seamless implementation of the system. This position provides excellent customer service while protecting the integrity of the data, automating business processes, trouble shooting incidents and maintaining optimal configuration. This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, and Information Technology in recommending and coordinating efforts to automate business needs by leveraging functionality in the SAP SuccessFactors ATS Recruiting and Onboarding modules and following best practice.
Develop, maintain and audit system defined standards and processes. This includes the maintenance of system wide installations settings and records, overseeing the configuration of module specific control records, as well as security/privacy design and configuration. Ensure application data integrity, system access and data distribution managed appropriately. Investigate, analyze, design, test and recommend optimal system enhancements.
Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Team to confirm business requirements, conduct current and future process mapping to determine the fit/gap in the planning and development of new system functionality and/or related business processes. Consult with hiring managers cross-functionally and the HR team to evaluate business needs to develop understanding of true requirements and translate into functional specifications. Present, explain, and validate analysis to ensure proposed solution meets their business needs. Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors applicant tracking system. Serve as a functional source of expertise in owning product backlog, providing user acceptance tests, supporting the maintenance and/or development of process improvements and changes. Advise stakeholders of current design and provide recommendations to ensure design supports local nuances.
3. System Technical Analysis
Responsible for defining interface parameters between systems, identifying system data dependencies, and approving all technical specifications and changes. Responsible for the daily operation and troubleshooting of user problems. Lead and contribute to project teams to assist in the research, selection, evaluation and implementation of new software applications and services.
Provide feedback to IT on processes, functionality, timelines and results expected for implementation of the systems. Ensure operational readiness, including full handover/training post-go-live to in application administrator. Act as SAP SuccessFactors ATS product owner and prioritize product backlog as required by business. Leverage in market BA resources to capture detailed technical requirements; engaging on-the-ground support to ensure application readiness pre-go-live. Escalate to the Project Manager to ensure project risks/issues are proactively managed.
Coordinate the assigned project components while setting work priorities, creating documentation, assigning work to the technical team, ensuring all testing is complete, and approvals obtained before moving changes into the ATS production environment. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team on use of SAP SuccessFactors.
Provide input into the design, development, implementation and maintenance of interfaces and integration for ATS with other corporate applications, middleware solutions and portal.
Develop documentation pertaining to system functionality as well as related business processes and procedures. Maintain technical system documentation as it pertains to configuration, security, development, integration and interfaces, issue resolution, reporting tools, system standards and move to productions. In collaboration with IT, engage business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and documentation. Collaborate with IT and Project Manager to develop detailed project transition documentation to support end users once implementation is complete. Participate in the end user training sessions via online webinars, over the phone or in-person.
