AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Compliance, the primary functions are to provide policy and project management services and support to the Community Services team to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness by assisting in creating methods to ensure Departmental, operational, and administrative consistencies. In conjunction with the Coordinator, guide and assist both full and part-time staff in procedural writing and documentation development. Develop, implement, and execute training and training tools
Work with the Recreation team and other applicable internal partners on policy development, risk management, audits, staff training, stakeholder communication, reporting, and more. The following are indicative of the work that will be required:
