AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, assist the Transit Business Systems team with research, analysis, data collection, project administration and coordination, organization of resources and support functioning of transit systems. Support project and operations for business systems to plan, design, and manage the development, configuration and implementation activities of user requirements and identified issues including troubleshooting, testing and end user training.
