Job Description

 

 

 

Position Duties:

 

Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, provide feedback to Recreation Supervisors and Manaement regarding sevice levels in the field.

  • Collect customer service experiences out in the recreation centres (ie. registering for programs, buying memberships, making purchases at the snack bar)
  • Document data from each experience
  • Tabulate and analyze data
  • Provide reports to Supervisor
  • Handle program feedback in a professional manner by providing exceptional customer service
  • Responsible to complete administrative duties in a timely manner; includes reports and documentation
  • Maintain an understanding of department programs and services
  • Understand, adhere to, and enforce Corporate Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff
  • Attend meetings/training as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Standard First Aid/CPR/AED from an accredited organization
  • Submit or agree to a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and use of a vehicle

 ** Various tests and/or exams may be administered as part of the selection criteria.
