You exhibit savvy interpersonal skills that guide your ability to connect with people from all levels in the organization, understand business needs, assess and drive transformational change. You have well established skills and experience related to workforce planning, executive level recruitment, project management, analytical reporting and behavioural assessments.
You are a results orientated leader in your field and are able to nimbly manage multiple projects that succeed because of your exceptional collaboration and communication skills. You have high integrity and are invested in creating a culture of engagement where people matter, service is paramount and we continue building a community that is innovative, inclusive and bold.
