Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

- Patrol Snowboard Park for unsafe equipment, assist in maintaining take off and landing area for elements
- Provide ski hill coverage in case of incident or accident
- Provide First Aid assistance
- Check and maintain first aid kits and toboggans daily
- Ensure program participants and rental equipment adheres to all safety requirements, including snowboard leash, no plastic boards, ski brakes and helmet use.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Regular inspection (start and end of shift) of Ski Hill to ensure grounds are in safe condition


- Current Standard First Aid/CPR C
- Current Canadian Ski Patrol System certification (C.S.P.S.)
- Knowledge of The Alpine Responsibility Code
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communications skills coupled with exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible to work variable hours, including evenings/weekends/Holidays
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check, at their own expense, prior to commencing employment

Period of Employment: Mid-December - Mid-March

Rate of Pay:
Minimum wage - $10.00 per hour
